01 / WORKING TOGETHER

Working together,
starting with your expertise.

More than one situation sounds like you? Simply tell us what you have in mind. These starting points help you find your way without assigning you a formal status.

Estate agents & property professionals

A local team for your clients’ plans.

After a purchase or during your ongoing work, an owner may need someone to manage their rental or look after their second home.

You can introduce Inastia for these needs. Before making an introduction, let’s discuss the services involved and everyone’s role.

Inastia then handles the commercial discussions, proposal and any eventual contract. We agree how to make the introduction together.

Tradespeople & home service providers

Your services. The area you cover.

Pool care, gardens, repairs, cleaning or linen: tell us what you offer and which towns you cover.

Our first conversation helps us see how your expertise fits the needs of the homes Inastia looks after. The terms of any work are agreed before it begins.

Getting in touch is not a work order and does not guarantee assignments.

Professionals who know homeowners

A conversation before an introduction.

Know an owner who wants to hand over their property management? Start by telling us about your work and the need you have encountered, without sharing their contact details.

We can then agree how an introduction would work. You do not need to call yourself a professional introducer to start the conversation.

Any referral fee must be agreed in writing before the introduction. Sending a contact does not in itself create an entitlement to payment.

02 / WHAT INASTIA DOES

A family team.
Two needs, one local contact.

Based in Travo, in the municipality of Ventiseri, we work with owners from Ghisonaccia to Porto-Vecchio. As homeowners ourselves, we created Inastia to manage and look after homes in Corsica. You speak directly with our team.

For homes offered as holiday rentals

Our full management covers listings, bookings, guest communication and stay arrangements, as well as coordinating cleaning, linen and care for the home.

For second homes

Our home care service looks after a property while its owner is away: regular visits, agreed checks, airing, mail collection and photo reports. Stay preparation and additional work are arranged according to the needs and agreed terms.

03 / THE FIRST STEP

From a first message
to working together.

A conversation to explore the possibilities. Agreed terms before any work or introduction.

  1. 01

    Tell us about your work.

Your activity, relevant area and intention give us a starting point. You do not need to share a homeowner’s contact details for this first conversation.

  2. 02

    We clarify the terms.

We discuss the need, everyone’s role and the terms that would apply to the proposed collaboration.

  3. 03

    A collaboration may be agreed.

Depending on the project, this could be a service or an introduction. The first conversation explores possibilities; it does not guarantee what happens next.

04 / THE TERMS TO UNDERSTAND

A few answers
before you write.

Who speaks with the owner after an introduction?

Inastia handles the commercial discussions, proposal and any eventual contract. Your role is the introduction; we agree its terms before any contact details are shared. Together, we discuss how to make the introduction and which information to share with you, with the permission of those involved.

Can a recommendation be paid?

Any referral fee must be agreed in writing before the introduction. For full management referrals, it depends on the introduced owner actually signing a contract and on the agreed terms. Sharing a contact does not in itself create an entitlement to payment. These arrangements do not automatically apply to second-home care.

How are the terms of service work agreed?

Scope, rates, availability and working arrangements are agreed before a collaboration begins. Start by telling us about your expertise and service area so we can consider relevant needs. Approval, invoicing and payment arrangements must be discussed together before any work starts. No volume of assignments is guaranteed.

Can you look after every property in your area?

We need to review the address and access before confirming possible arrangements. A town name alone does not confirm that we can take a property on. Our area runs from Ghisonaccia to Porto-Vecchio. Your own business can be based elsewhere: tell us where the projects are located or where you work, not just your business address.

Can I contact you about a home that is not rented out?

Yes. Second-home care is also for owners who use their property for their own stays. The home does not have to be offered as a rental. Our home care page explains the scheduled visits, additional services and their terms.

05 / LET’S GET ACQUAINTED

Tell us about
your business.

A first message is all it takes
to start the conversation.

A few lines are enough to understand what you have in mind.

  • Your name and business, if applicable
  • Your activity
  • The towns you cover or where the projects are located
  • The collaboration you have in mind
