Do you cover the whole municipality of Sari-Solenzara?

The municipality name alone is not enough to confirm management availability. Share the address or locality and access requirements: together, we check how arrivals, cleaning and planned visits can be organised for that property.

Can you help with a first rental launch?

Yes. The free initial review helps us understand your home. Preparing the listing, calendar and house rules can then be arranged as part of full management, within the agreed services.

Who follows up on minor maintenance?

We report maintenance needs and coordinate the work you approve. Its cost is specified separately from the management commission.

How do changeovers fit into full management?

We coordinate them with bookings and arrivals as part of full management. Visits, cleaning, linen and supplies are specified in the proposal, including their costs.

Can I book cleaning, guest arrivals or listing support on their own?

For rentals, listing support, guest arrivals and changeovers are part of full management. For a second home used for your own stays, Inastia also offers regular home-care visits and additional services. We do not provide standalone cleaning or listing management outside these services. Services and costs are set out in the proposal.
