Do you cover the area around Porto-Vecchio?

Can you take over an existing rental?

Yes. We review confirmed bookings, listings, account access and keys to agree a handover date. Accounts, reviews and bookings are not transferred automatically: we check the options for your situation and the platforms involved.

For rentals, listing support, guest arrivals and changeovers are part of full management. For a second home used for your own stays, Inastia also offers regular home-care visits and additional services. We do not provide standalone cleaning or listing management outside these services.
